		1. Get the www.apppc.org domain name pointed to the apppc homepage on the production site.
		2. DONE. <del>Put a bar across the top of page templates which reads 'in testing - beta'.</del>
		3. Work on implementing/debugging the basic features so that it matches the functionality of ippc.int (reduce complexity as discussed)
		4. Do some internal (and external?) testing and then launch on April 10th (two weeks!)
		5. Walk through the home page, the APPPC Secretariat pages, a sample country page and the dashboard to make sure that everything makes sense & will function well. This could be quick.
		6. Resolve how contact points and editors will be managed (for those that overlap with the IPPC and for those that are from pesticides etc).

	- Tool to attract & track people & meetings and generate reports
	- i.e. 60 experts that participated in x meetings last year and cost x amount of money from the x countries
	- Who has logged on?
	- Paola has a version working
